Safety issues of electric forklift during stacking and loading
1. It is necessary to know the weight of the goods before lifting, and the weight of the goods shall not exceed the additional loading capacity of the electric forklift;
2. When lifting and transporting goods, attention should be paid to whether the goods are bound firmly;
3. Adjust the fork distance according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to prevent partial load;
4. When insert into the cargo pile, the gantry should be tilted forward. After the goods are loaded into the fork,
the gantry should be tilted backward to make the goods close to the fork wall and lower the goods as far as possible before they can move forward;
5. The lifting and lowing of goods should be carried out in a straight position;
6. During manual loading and unloading, it is necessary to use hand brake to make fork stable;
7. Walking and lifting are not allowed to operate together.
