General safety operation warning of explosion-proof forklift
1. Carefully read the operation and maintenance instructions of explosion-proof vehicles before operation.
Personnel without explosion-proof vehicle operation training shall not drive in dangerous places.
2. The working environment of explosion-proof vehicles shall be consistent with the explosion-proof grade specified by the vehicle,
and shall not enter the workplace with unclear hazard degree.
3. Explosion proof vehicles shall be equipped with special warehouse for parking.
4. It is strictly prohibited to charge the vehicle battery in dangerous places.
5. Do not repair explosion-proof vehicles in hazardous areas.
6. It is forbidden to open the electrical device cover of the vehicle or remove other electrical components in dangerous places.
7. For explosion-proof vehicles operating in hazardous areas, in case of automatic protection shutdown of the vehicle,
do not rush to forcibly start the vehicle. Find out the cause of automatic shutdown and carry out corresponding treatment before starting the vehicle.
8. Do not use non explosion-proof auxiliary starting devices in hazardous areas
9. The explosion-proof device of the vehicle shall be inspected and maintained regularly.
10. Without the consent of the manufacturer, the user shall not make any change or repair to the vehicle explosion-proof system,
so as not to affect the safety performance of the vehicle.
