1. Daily maintenance
Whether the explosion-proof forklift can be used satisfactorily depends on careful maintenance.
If the maintenance is ignored, the vehicle will operate with faults,
which may endanger personal safety and damage property, and even cause serious explosion accidents.
Therefore, in use, regular inspection should be carried out frequently,
and abnormal phenomena should be eliminated in a timely manner, so as to ensure safety and prolong the service life of forklift.
(1) daily maintenance requirements
a. Daily maintenance is carried out before and after start-up every day.
b. In case of any damage or malfunction, it shall be reported to the management personnel in time. It is forbidden to use the forklift before repair.
c. The driver or full-time personnel are responsible for routine maintenance.
(2) contents of daily maintenance
a. Maintenance contents before each start-up:
① Check whether the battery wiring is loose, clean the battery surface,
turn on the power supply, and check whether the battery voltage is within the allowable range.
Check whether the insulation of forklift is normal.
② Lift the gantry to the highest position with no-load, check whether the lifting cylinder and oil pipe leak,
whether the two chains are smooth in motion, and whether the roller movement in the gantry is normal;
make the gantry move forward and backward under no-load, and check whether the two tilt cylinders are synchronized,
whether the oil cylinder and oil pipe leak, and whether the gantry support rotates normally.
If the gantry rail and chain are short of oil, grease can be applied properly.
③ Start the forklift slowly with no load, check whether the steering is normal, drive in a straight line,
step on the brake, and check whether the brake is reliable. Carefully observe whether the forklift's driving, steering and braking are normal.
④ If driving at night or in a dark room, forklift lamps and lanterns must be complete,
the field lighting should be sufficient, and the lane should be smooth.
