Safety precautions for electric stacker truck
1. In the operation of electric stacker, long-term and long-distance acceleration should be avoided as far as possible.
When the stacker starts and the speed increases, hold the accelerator pedal.
If the road condition is good, the stacker will continue to accelerate.
When the stacker needs to decelerate, the accelerator pedal should be relaxed and the brake pedal should be stepped lightly.
In this way, the energy of deceleration can be fully utilized. If the stacker has regenerative braking function,
the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is descending on the ramp,
do not disconnect the circuit of the driving motor of the stacker truck. Step on the brake pedal gently to make the stacker run in the regenerative braking state.
Use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.
2. During the operation of the electric stacker, do not mistake the direction switch of "forward and backward" as the steering switch.
Do not push the brake pedal to the bottom unless you need to slow down urgently.
In the process of vehicle operation, when the battery is found to be insufficient (which can be obtained through the electricity meter,
power loss indicator and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge of the battery.
3. During the operation of the stacker, do not always take emergency braking during high-speed driving; otherwise,
it will cause great friction to the brake assembly and driving wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and driving wheel,
and even damage the brake assembly and driving wheel
