Method for preventing electric forklift circuit harness from burning
Once the electric forklift works for a long time or foresees high temperature weather,
it is necessary for you to know the measures to prevent the circuit harness of the electric forklift from burning!
In use, it is often found that the lines on some electric forklifts are chaotic, there are many redundant wires and exposed wire ends,
and the phenomenon of random connection of wires is also common. As a result, the lines of the whole vehicle are chaotic,
which often leads to artificial circuit faults, which are difficult to find. In serious cases, grounding short circuit will occur,
electrical equipment and harness will be burned, resulting in fire accidents, which directly affect the safe operation of forklift.
When repairing the forklift circuit harness, you must comply with the repair specifications and follow the standard wiring of the line color,
code and number layout of the forklift low-voltage line. Never connect the power line separately before the fault is eliminated,
or change the line casually when a certain section is damaged, regardless of color and thickness,
which will artificially cause the confusion of the circuit harness of the whole vehicle and the increase of faults.
Before replacing the fuse, all electrical equipment and ignition switches should be turned off and replaced as required.
If the replaced fuse is burnt out again, it indicates that there is a short circuit in the system.
It should be replaced after careful inspection and troubleshooting. For forklifts with main power switch,
turn off the main power switch after parking and flameout. Regularly check, maintain and adjust the main fuse of the line,
and replace new parts and accessories if necessary.
Most of the circuit faults of electric forklift are hidden and mostly caused by wires.
The common line burning is mostly caused by the short-circuit grounding of forklift power line,
and its power line does not use short-circuit overload protection device.TTherefore, the device should be used.
