The operator of the stacker must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment,
and it is forbidden to use the equipment beyond the performance. Daily check the following items of the electric pallet stacker
1. It is not suitable to drive and lift the electric pallet stacker at the same time;
2. Check the control and drive devices of the stacker. If any damage or defect is found, it should be operated after repair;
3. Check the roof guard, rack, switches, operating handles, pedals, wheels and fasteners;
4. Attention should be paid to pedestrians, obstacles and potholes when the stacker is driving;
people are not allowed to stand on the fork or carry people on the vehicle;
5. Starting, steering, driving, braking and stopping of the stacker shall be carried out smoothly,
and deceleration shall be required when turning on wet or smooth road surface;
6. When leaving the electric pallet stacker , lower the fork of the truck to the ground,
disconnect the power supply and lock the truck. Do not leave the vehicle while the engine is running;
7. The load of the electric pallet stacker shall not exceed the specified value. The forks shall be inserted under the goods,
and the goods shall be evenly placed on the forks. It is not allowed to pick objects with a single fork tip;
8. In general, the traveling motor and the lifting motor cannot be operated at the same time,
otherwise the battery discharge current will be too large, the efficiency will be reduced and the service life will be affected;
9. People are not allowed to stand under the fork or walk under the fork; do not carry the unfixed or loosely stacked goods,
but handle the larger size goods carefully; do not exceed the maximum load of the forklift when driving;
10. Keep proper starting speed when the electric pallet stacker starts. Pay attention to observe the voltage of the voltmeter.
If the voltage is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately.
Pay attention to whether the sound of the driving system and steering system is normal. If the abnormal sound of the stacker truck is found,
the fault should be eliminated in time. It is strictly forbidden to operate with diseases;
11. In order to avoid short circuit of the battery and the battery when the battery and the battery are running out of power,
