Maintenance method of forklift tire
1. Pressure
a. The pneumatic tire shall be inflated according to the air pressure specified in the "corresponding table of air pressure load" in the current national standard.
b. After the tire is inflated, check whether there is air leakage at each part. If air leakage is found, repair it in time.
c. The internal pressure of the tire must be normal during use. Check the tire pressure regularly during long-term operation or operation;
When parking for a long time, the front and rear axles must be put up.
d. The air pressure is too high, and the tire is easy to wear and burst; The air pressure is low, and the tire is easy to deform and crush.
e. When the two tires are installed together, the inflation of the two tires shall be the same, not one with high air pressure and the other with low air pressure.
2. Inner tube
a. The corresponding inner tube shall be equipped according to the specification and size of forklift tire.
b. If the inner tube leaks, it will cause early damage to the outer tube.
c. Butyl rubber inner tube has high temperature resistance and good air tightness.
High speed tire (with inner tube) shall be equipped with butyl rubber inner tube.
d. If the inner tube needs to be stored separately, it shall be filled with an appropriate amount of air and shall not be folded, placed flat or stacked;
If it is not stored separately, it should be placed in the outer tire and inflated appropriately.
3. Refurbishment
a. Frequently check the use of forklift tires. If any damage is found, it shall be repaired immediately.
b. When the tread is worn to the wear mark, it shall be stopped and renovated.
c. In order to ensure driving safety, retreaded tires are not allowed to be used as steering wheels (front wheels).
