Specifications for using electric forklift in factory:
1.Check the technical condition of each part of the vehicle according to the specified items and standards to ensure that the parts are in good condition.
2.Before driving, the vehicle license, driver's license and other necessary certificates shall be checked. It is strictly forbidden to drive without or without license.
3.The driver of the electric forklift truck in the factory must strictly abide by the "Factory Traffic Safety Management Standards" and the "Safety Production Code" when driving.
4.Before starting, observe the situation around the forklift. (For vehicles with air pressure or braking, the brake pressure gauge reading must reach the specified value before starting) After confirming safety, start with the whistle.
5.When the electric forklift in the factory is driving, the height of the fork bottom from the ground should be kept 300-400mm, and the mast must be tilted backward.
6.The forklift in the factory should not be raised too high when it is running. When entering or leaving the operation site or on the way, pay attention to whether there are obstacles
scraping and bumping above. No sudden braking and turning.
7.When the electric forklift works in the factory , it must rise and fall smoothly. If necessary, it can be firmly sealed with rope and cable chain. The goods must be forked in strict
accordance with the value specified in the load curve diagram of the vehicle, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
8.When the electric forklift truck in the factory is driving at a slope exceeding 7° and at a speed higher than the first gear up and down, the foot brake shall not be used unless special circumstances.
9.After the electric forklift in the factory is parked, it is forbidden to hang the goods in the air. After unloading, the mast should be lowered before driving.
10.When the electric forklift in the factory forks the goods, the weight of the goods should be evenly shared on two forks, the goods should not be deflected, and one side of the goods
should be close to the shelf. Small goods should be put into the collection box (board) to prevent falling. The goods carried by forklift shall not block the driver's sight.
11.In the process of loading and unloading, the brake must be used to brake the electric forklift. If the crane is used to load and unload the workpiece, the driver must leave the cab.
