Lead acid battery and lithium battery are the main power batteries of electric forklift truck. There are many shortcomings and deficiencies in environmental protection,
power performance, service life and work efficiency. Today, we mainly introduce some knowledge to purchase lithium battery electric forklift truck in advance
1. The capacity of lithium battery is about 2 / 3 of that of lead acid. For example, the electric stacker truck 210ah is equipped with a lead-acid lithium battery of 150Ah,
but the battery life is almost the same as that of lead-acid. If long service time is required, the capacity should be increased;
2. The service temperature of lithium battery is - 20 ℃ ~ 55 ℃, but the capacity (performance) of lithium battery decreases at low temperature.
100% above 0 ℃, 90% at 0 ℃, 80% at - 10 ℃ and 70% at - 20 ℃. Pay attention to increase the capacity when purchasing;
3. Lithium battery with capacity below 100A, without BMS (battery management system), only four segment lamp voltmeter shows the power.
Lithium battery with capacity above 100Ah is equipped with BMS and digital display instrument.
4. Electric forklift lithium battery charger: charging time = battery capacity × charging current
